You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to buy. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

What ticket types are available?

Front Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before you arrive.

Are companion or carer cards accepted?

Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us to arrange a ticket.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost by selecting "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

The experience lasts 60 minutes.

The venue is indoor, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

No, food is not served at this experience.

Is parking available?

Limited street parking is available. Nearby paid car parks include Wilson's The Chifley Tower Car Park (entry via Bent Street) and Wilson's Parkhouse Car Park (entry via 187 Macquarie Street).

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue has disability access. For wheelchair assistance, please email us in advance so we can notify onsite staff. Please note there are no dedicated wheelchair parking spaces at this venue.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
