Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

The event lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.

It's an optional photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it, where you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). The photo experience concludes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow enough time. It can also be purchased at the venue if not sold out, though online purchasers get priority; on-site purchases are by card only. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
