• Ham and cheese board, olives and bread served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salad leaves

• Lollipops de Chorizo - chorizo lollipops with quince aioli
• Albóndigas en Salsa de Tomate - beef and pork meatballs in a rich tomato sauce
• Alitas de Pollo con Limón y Chile - roast chicken wings with lemon and chilli
• Croquetas Caseras de Jamón - homemade ham croquettes

Pescado - Fish

• Calamares Fritos con Aioli - crispy squid with aioli
• Gambas al Ajíllos - pan-fried king prawns with garlic and chilli
• Salmon con Pure de Guisantes - roasted salmon with pea puree, shallots and chilli
• Croquetas de Bacalao - homemade cod croquettes

Verduras - Vegetables 

• Patatas Bravas - fried potatoes with aioli and spicy tomato sauce
• Tortilla Española - spanish omelette
• Verduras a la Brasa - chargrilled vegetables drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and smoked paprika
• Pimientos del Piquillo - piquillo peppers stuffed with mixed vegetables and topped with vegan cheese

¡Olé, amigos! Salvador and Amanda are giving you the chance to escape to sunny Spain. Well, you'll actually be in Covent Garden, but it won't feel like that. Salvador and Amanda's team have been cooking and mixing up a storm (quite literally) for their new brunch menu, which features mouth-watering Spanish cuisine that you can wash down with their signature sangria, beer, wine or bubbles, all whilst you sit back and enjoy some authentic Latin music. ¡Salud!
