Join us every Friday and Saturday as the soft, expressive sounds of live Spanish guitar fill our intimate Paddington restaurant. Tucked away from the bustle, Ayllu invites you to slow down and savour the night with a tasting menu designed for sharing. Choose from bold, refined flavours that blend Japanese precision with Peruvian warmth. From oysters and crab tacos to short rib and ceviche, each course is served to the rhythm of the guitar. This is not just dinner – it’s an evening to linger over.

For groups of six or more, enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles and Christmas crackers. Available from 24 November to 24 December.
