• Mexican Benedict: toasted bloomer topped with chorizo, japañeno & sweetcorn medley, finished with two poached eggs topped with Hollandaise sauce
• Vegan Breakfast Burrito (ve): spinach tortilla filled with vegan sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese, hash browns, tomato and baked beans
• Smashed Avocado and Poached Eggs (vegetarian, gluten-free option): toasted bloomer topped with guacamole, fresh salsa and two poached eggs
• Breakfast burrito: filled with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, mozzarella cheese, baked beans, hash browns and rice
• Breakfast Hash: sauteed bacon, chorizo, onions, diced sweet potatoes, chunks of avocado, wilted spinach with poached eggs and sriracha sauce
