BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Iglesia de la Encarnación, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
There is no physical sales point inside Iglesia de la Encarnación. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
The Candlelight: The Best of Ennio Morricone in Bilbao lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
RULES & EXPERIENCE
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Please mute your phone for the entire event. Put your phone away and connect with the music; you can only take photos and record videos without flash in the final piece when the musicians tell you to.
MY TICKETS
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.
Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. TICKET ADD-ONS
Capture your night with this photo pack in a special Iglesia de la Encarnación location. Our team will deliver an instant printed photo in Polaroid format for you to take home.
If there are still places available, you can buy your Candlelight photo on the day of the concert at Iglesia de la Encarnación using a card. Remember that priority is given to those who bought the add-on online when purchasing their tickets.
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.
Choose your favorite pose for the instant print. While you're enjoying the music, our team will be preparing it for you to take home. Make sure to pick it up before you leave - we can't store it afterwards!
As soon as you enter Iglesia de la Encarnación, you'll see our team ready to point you to the photo area. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
You'll receive a set of 3 LED candles that imitate the flicker and light of a wax candle. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere in your home with the peace of mind that they're 100% safe.
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY
Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
