Amuse Bouche: truffled Jerusalem artichoke soup (VG)

Starters

• Roasted Winter Torte (VG): layers of butternut squash, courgettes and portobello mushrooms served with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes on the vine and red pepper puree
• Beetroot and Gin Cured Salmon (G)(F): Scottish salmon gin-cured in house sliced and served with fennel, samphire, cucumber and dill salad topped with a homemade thyme cracker

Main course

• Herb Crusted Lamb (G)(M): Kentish lamb covered with a mint, parsley and thyme crust, roasted and served with a boulangerie potato stack
• Ravioli Hearts (G)(VG)(N): beetroot ravioli hearts with a cashew ricotta filling served with a rocket pesto and a side of seasonal vegetables

Dessert

• Dessert D'amour (G)(D)(E)(V): red velvet cake pops dipped in a duo of chocolates served with a raspberry gel and fresh raspberries
