In the past, introverts were simply classed as shy or quiet people, but nowadays we are slowly coming to understand what the word really means. Psychologists have proposed the idea that there are 4 types of introversion: social, thinking, anxious and restrained. In this intriguing lecture discussing the psychology and neuroscience behind introversion, you'll come to recognize and understand the unique skills and power that introverts possess!
