Candlelight: A Tribute to Danny Ocean brings Danny Ocean's music to the Capilla Gótica at Instituto Cultural Helénico, in Mexico City. A string quartet performs his songs live in an intimate Candlelight concert, lit by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

There are different zones, with seating based on the visibility you prefer.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets aren't sold at the venue: you must buy them before arriving through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or caregiver?
If you need assistance, you can request a free pass for your personal assistant. You must first have a valid ticket; then contact us and attach the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement?
The minimum age is 8. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are given.

At the Capilla Gótica at Instituto Cultural Helénico: Av. Revolución 1500, Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón, 01020 Mexico City, CDMX.
How do I get there?
The venue is about 5 minutes from Plaza Inn and you can get there by public or private transportation. The area tends to have traffic.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The entire building is accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.
Is there parking?
Yes. The venue has its own parking, with limited spots and an additional cost.
Can I take photos or record videos during the concert?
Only during the final piece, without flash and following the musicians' instructions.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the show. You can only take photos or videos during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
No, except in case of emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert, which starts on time. We recommend arriving early: once the concert has started, access to the building is not allowed.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience, whether through a change of venue or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they're taken on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. To sit together, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. You can transfer them at no cost to another Fever account using the "Transfer tickets" option on your ticket in the app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Are there any prohibited items?
Yes. Authorized staff may search attendees to prevent the entry of prohibited or dangerous items, such as outside food or drink, drugs, weapons or sharp objects. Access may also be denied, or a person may be asked to leave, if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving in a way that is uncomfortable or risky for themselves or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
