What are the different ticket types available?
We have different zones and seats depending on the visibility you want.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience's start time. Contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, by tapping "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the concert last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before; you won't be able to enter once the concert has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Capilla Gótica of the Instituto Cultural Helénico, located at Av. Revolución 1500, Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón, 01020 Mexico City.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is 5 minutes from Plaza Inn; there are several public and private transport options. We recommend planning ahead due to traffic congestion in the area.
Is parking available?
The venue has its own parking (limited spots) for an additional fee.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the whole building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the concert starts; the audience should already be seated beforehand, and entry to the building isn't allowed once the show has begun.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
If your plan doesn't have numbered seating, you can sit with friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. If the concert does have automatically assigned numbered seating, you'll need to select the number of seats needed at the time of purchase so the system assigns them together.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No; for guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
