Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes, with doors opening 30 minutes before the start; you won't be able to enter once the concert has begun.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, at the Capilla Gótica, with assigned seating.

Capilla Gótica del Instituto Cultural Helénico, Av. Revolución 1500, Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón, 01020 Mexico City, CDMX.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is 5 minutes from Plaza Inn; there are several public and private transport options. Please allow extra time due to traffic congestion in the area.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For Candlelight Kids concerts, the minimum age is 4.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us with your supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the whole building is designed to be accessible to wheelchair users or people using crutches.
Is parking available?
The venue has its own parking (limited capacity) for an extra fee.
Can I take pictures, videos, or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts. The concert will begin on time, and entry to the building won't be permitted once the show has started.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
