Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used for the purchase. You will also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received via email to the person who will be using the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code found in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if so, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear, just click it and follow the instructions. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

What are the different seating zones?
The theatre is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first come, first served basis and according to the section you selected.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age limit to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is it possible to buy tickets at the entrance?
No, tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be guided to your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and, out of respect for the musicians and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with proof of the need for assistance: you will receive a voucher to get the companion's free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance you will need to show both your ticket and your companion's ticket.
Is it possible to buy food and drinks on site?
No, food and drinks are not sold during the event.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat during the performance, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of our guests, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert. Photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature can I expect during the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful historic venues, where controlling the temperature can sometimes be difficult. We do our best to ensure comfort, but conditions may vary depending on the season: we recommend dressing appropriately.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather affects your experience (change of venue or postponement), we will inform you in advance via email.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately this experience does not take place in an accessible venue. We are working to make all our experiences inclusive, and we recommend taking a look at the other experiences in your city.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately the venue does not have parking available, so we recommend not arriving by car.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
