About the Experience

What can I expect from the event?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth—your vote will decide the fate of the defendant.

Is the experience held indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, in an air-conditioned venue.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 60–75 minutes.

Will food and drinks be available on site?

Unfortunately, food and drinks will not be available.

Will there be virtual reality?

No, this experience does not include virtual reality.

Is there a dress code?

No, there is no specific dress code.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

No, there will be no merchandise for sale.

How does voting work?

Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone to go directly to the voting page. Most cameras scan QRs automatically; alternatively, you can use Google Lens or a third-party QR app. Our staff on site is also available to assist you.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, this event does not use strobe effects.

Will there be any chairs?

Yes, there is seating for every guest.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them as long as you don’t disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

About Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) and at feverup.com.

Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?

No. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, for free. Forward the PDF you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any doubts, contact us with your order number.

Do I need to print the ticket?

No. You can find the ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same credentials you used to make the purchase). The QR code is also included in the confirmation email.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Changing the date and/or time is allowed until 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Are there companion tickets?

Guests who require assistance are entitled to a free companion ticket. Show a document certifying the need for assistance upon arrival — the companion will have free access.

Do you offer press passes?

Yes. To request one, send an email to press@feverup.com.

Arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, it has not been possible to adapt this experience for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We are working to make all our experiences more inclusive.

There is no on-site parking. We recommend using public transport or sustainable alternatives.

Yes. Ask the staff on site for directions.

Is there a cloakroom service available?

No, this venue does not have a cloakroom service.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are allowed.
