What are the different types of tickets available?
Zone A - excellent visibility; Zone B - good visibility; Zone C - standing places - average visibility.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be allocated according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert will start promptly and, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be kept on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be bought on site: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free: just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who'll be using them.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who require assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion: contact Fever with a document confirming the need for assistance attached.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app; a PDF with the barcode is also available in the purchase confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
We'll let you know in advance by email, sent to the address linked to your Fever profile: remember to check your spam folder too.
