The Manchester Sushi Festival is here! The city's best sushi parlours will be coming together to show you the greatest variety of sushi and Japanese cuisine. Sample some designer sushi and get a taste of what "Super Sushi" is all about; don't worry, there will be vegan versions as well! Wash it all down with a Japanese beer in one of the pop-up bars, and if you think you have what it takes, try your hand at rolling your own sushi at a workshop or learn from the experts during our live sushi masterclass. With Japanese inspired art classes, fashion pop-ups, live music and DJs accompanying all the food, this festival will make you say: 美味しい!
