What types of ticket are available?
The theatre is divided into zones A, B, C and D based on visibility. Seats are assigned on entry with the help of our staff, according to order of arrival and the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What is the minimum age to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. Seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and time of arrival. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the show.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
No, tickets are not sold on site. You can only buy them through the Fever app or website.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can pass on your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the person who will use the ticket the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any doubts or questions, contact us quoting the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, check Fever's Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for companions or assistants?
Anyone who needs assistance during the event is entitled to a free ticket for their companion or assistant. Contact us with a document confirming the need for assistance attached: we'll send you a code to purchase your companion's free ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). To access the event, you'll need to show these documents along with your tickets.
Where do I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on Google Play and the App Store. Remember to log in with the same Fever profile you used to make the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode in your purchase confirmation email, which you'll need to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, sent to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
