About the experience

What can I expect from the event?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth — and your vote will decide the fate of the defendant.

What are the different seating zones?

The theatre is divided into sections based on viewing quality. Seats are assigned on entry by our staff, on a first-come-first-served basis, within each section.

How does voting work?

Scan the QR code displayed in the venue with your smartphone to go directly to the voting page. Most cameras scan QRs automatically; if not, you can use Google Lens or a third-party QR app. Our staff on site will be happy to assist you.

Are there any sensitive content warnings?

Yes. Our experiences may include adult themes such as crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical trauma, and/or emotional manipulation. Performances often include moments of intense emotional conflict.

Will strobe lights be used?

No, there will be no strobe lights.

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final bows and without flash.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

No, phones must be on silent for the entire performance.

Can I leave the room during the performance?

For the respect of the artists and the audience, leaving your seat will only be allowed in case of emergency.

Will food and drinks be available onsite?

Unfortunately there will be no food or drinks for sale at this event.

About tickets

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or at feverup.com.

Is it possible to get an companion ticket?

Guests who require assistance can request a free companion pass. Contact us and we will provide you with a voucher to use in the Fever app (subject to availability). You will need to show your standard ticket along with the companion pass upon entry.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change the date up to 24 hours before: contact us with your ticket ID, or check if the "Change date and/or time" option is available in the "Tickets" section of the app. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, for free. Click "Transfer ticket" in the Fever app, or contact us with the ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. The QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive.
