The Oratorio di San Filippo Neri in Bologna is a restored late Baroque religious structure in the center of Bologna. It is located on Via Manzoni. The Oratory was built from the sacristy of the adjacent church of Madonna di Galliera. This church is now called Chiesa dei Filippini Madonna di Galliera and Filippo Neri.

What are the different types of tickets available?
There are 5 ticket types: Premium, Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (average visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, tickets cannot be bought on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who require assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion or carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid one before applying), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it's possible to change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If so, contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available only for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund should you decide not to attend the experience.

Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play), by logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
