What ticket types are available?
Zone A: excellent visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: standing places, average visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last song and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Phones must be kept on silent for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the venue during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be bought on site: they must be purchased before the event via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the person who will use them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us, stating the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us stating the ticket ID. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Attendees who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us attaching a document proving the need for assistance, and we'll send you a code to get the free ticket. To enter the event, you'll need to show the document together with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. The confirmation email also contains a PDF with the barcode needed to access the event.
What happens if the weather prevents the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect the event (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, at the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
