Candlelight: Valentine’s Day Special

For the safety of attendees, all the candles are flameless.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so you can be assigned a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed in.

Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians say so.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

No. Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us and include your ticket order number.

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To make a change, contact us and include the ticket ID of your purchase. You can also check whether this option is available on your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is enabled, a “Change date and/or time” button appears there; follow its steps to change the date or time. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances; see our terms and conditions for more information. If you added Flexible Cancellation to your purchase, see the next question.

A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents needed; it becomes non-refundable if it is transferred. You get a full refund except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: refunds to a credit card or PayPal can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement, and purchases made with a voucher receive a new voucher in the app. If you choose an exchange, you receive a voucher for the same value straight away, to use on the same experience. You can request your refund at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001032452

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
