What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones and seats depending on the desired visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket before requesting it), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Polyforum Siqueiros, located at Av. Insurgentes Sur 701, Nápoles, Benito Juárez, 03810 Mexico City, CDMX.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located on Av. Insurgentes, next to the WTC; there are several route options via public and private transportation. Take precautions due to the traffic congestion in the area.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have access for people with disabilities?
The entire building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.

The venue has its own parking (limited capacity) for an additional cost.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins. The concert will start at the scheduled time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. To respect the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, access will not be permitted once the concert has started, so we suggest taking precautions to arrive with time to spare.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone: seats are not numbered and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. We recommend arriving with time to spare, and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember that you must log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Are there any prohibited items?
Authorized staff may search attendees in order to prevent access of prohibited or dangerous items: food and beverages from outside the venue, narcotics, firearms, sharp objects, or any other item that poses a danger to themselves or other attendees. We reserve the right of admission and to ask guests to leave in cases of intoxication, drug use, or any other conduct that is uncomfortable or risky for themselves or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
