Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arriving early improves your chances of sitting together.

Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all the candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the show. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to get a seat in your zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated, so latecomers cannot be admitted.

If the option is available, you'll see a “Change date and/or time” button in the Tickets section of the Fever app; otherwise, contact support with your ticket ID. No refunds are given under any circumstances; if you added Flexible Cancellation to your ticket, see the next question.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents needed; it becomes non-refundable if transferred. The refund is full except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: card and PayPal refunds take 10 or more days to reach your statement, and purchases made with a voucher get a new voucher in the app. If you opt for an exchange, you receive a voucher for the same value straight away, to use on the same experience. Request it through the Fever help center.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance, you can request one free ticket for your personal assistant or support worker. Contact support and we'll send you a voucher to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
