What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
Are seats numbered?
No — seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket. Zone A (great), Zone B (good), Zone C (fair).
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, after the final verdict. Please avoid using flash.
About your tickets
How do I find my ticket?
No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Find your QR code in the Fever app under Tickets. Log in with the same account used to purchase.
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
No refunds. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability. Contact us directly with your ticket ID.
Where can I buy tickets?
Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app, or contact us with your order number.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass. Purchase your ticket first, then contact us with documentation (DLA, PIP, evidence of sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID).

Doors open 30 minutes before the start. No late entry is permitted.

Yes, The Webster is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking?
Paid parking lot on Crown Street next to The Webster, opens ~1 hour before doors. If full, secondary lot behind Saint Augustine's Church. Do not park on surrounding side streets — reserved for local residents.
What facilities are at the venue?
Restrooms on-site, cleaned regularly. Air conditioning. No outside food or beverages. No smoking or vaping. Service animals welcome.

- The show was fantastic! I really enjoyed how interactive the experience was with the audience, from the cast's engagement with us to the QR code voting. I wish the seating had been more comfortable, considering that the show had no intermission, but I appreciated the view from Zone B and how easily I was able to engage with the rest of the audience as "jurors."
