How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons in Santander lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Will there be food and drink service at Eurostars Hotel Real?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.
Can tickets be bought at the Eurostars Hotel Real box office?
It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Eurostars Hotel Real. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Eurostars Hotel Real, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons be gifted?
Yes! You can buy a Gift Card and let them decide which concert and day they want to attend. Alternatively, if you already have a ticket tied to a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app to send it as a gift instantly.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
With this exclusive add-on, you'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a specially decorated area of Eurostars Hotel Real and receive an instant Polaroid-style capture as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Eurostars Hotel Real?
Photos can be bought at Eurostars Hotel Real as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.
When will I receive the photo?
You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Remember to pick up your online purchase at the venue during the event. Since your "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to a specific date and location, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons in Santander?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you step into Eurostars Hotel Real, you'll be directed to the photo area. If you have any questions, just ask our team!
Is there parking available at Eurostars Hotel Real?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
The dress code is completely casual and free. The essential thing for enjoying the experience to the fullest is that you choose comfortable clothes.
Are pets or animals allowed in Eurostars Hotel Real? What about service animals?
Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, of course! If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your caregiver or personal assistant. Just contact us by sending the document or proof that shows you need one.
Is Eurostars Hotel Real accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
