What are the different types of tickets available?
The theatre is divided into sections A, B and C based on visibility. Seats will be assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff. Allocation will be carried out based on order of arrival and the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same area and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert; seats will be assigned based on the area purchased and time of arrival. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be permitted to enter the show.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in the event of an emergency.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased via the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact us with any doubts or questions; make sure to mention the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it is possible to change the date and/or time of the ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the event. In this case, please contact us with the ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for companions/carers?
Guests who require assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. In this case, contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we will provide you with a code with which you can purchase a free ticket for your companion on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show the documents, along with the tickets, to gain access to the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You will also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will inform you in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.

Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
