Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store); sign in with the same profile you used to purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts — contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances; you can check our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Contact us with any questions, quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and latecomers cannot be admitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available for purchase on-site?
Unfortunately no food or drink will be available on-site.
Is parking available on-site?
Unfortunately the venue has no on-site parking. Public street parking is available; for this experience we recommend getting there by public transport or another sustainable option.
What is the minimum age to attend the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there free tickets for companions/carers?
Yes, guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show the documentation together with the tickets to enter the event.
Is the event held in an accessible venue?
Unfortunately, this event does not take place in an accessible venue. We're doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive; we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Can I buy a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
No, tickets are not sold on-site: you can only buy them through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile — remember to check your spam folder too.
