What are the different types of tickets available?
The hall is divided into sections A, B and C based on visibility. Staff will assign seats at the entrance according to arrival order and ticket type.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same section and arrive together. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. Seats are assigned based on the section purchased and order of arrival. The concert will start on time, so the audience must already be seated beforehand. No entry will be permitted in case of delay.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the show, except in case of emergency.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
You can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Send the person who'll be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact support and include the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted. For more information, see the terms and conditions.
Are there tickets for companions or assistants?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion or assistant. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance, and you'll receive a code to purchase a free companion ticket on the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show the documents together with the tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same Fever profile used to make the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience, for example with a change of venue or a postponement, we'll let you know in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.

The concert will take place at Christ Church – Chiesa Anglicana, in Via San Pasquale a Chiaia 15/B, Naples.
How do I get to the experience?
The venue is located near the historic centre and can be reached by public transport or by car.
Are food and drinks available to purchase on site?
No food or drinks will be available.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Unfortunately, the event does not take place in an accessible venue.

The venue does not have on-site parking. Public street parking is available. For this experience, we recommend reaching the venue by public transport or other sustainable alternatives.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
