A DINNER AT COURT
The palace will become the setting for an evening where history, cuisine, and entertainment unite to make you feel part of the Court of Castilla. The table will take centre stage with a dinner created especially for the occasion by Restaurante José María, a benchmark of Segovian and Castilian gastronomy.
DRESS FOR THE OCCASION
The experience begins the moment you cross the palace doors. That’s why all attendees must come in period-inspired attire. Nobles, ladies, knights, merchants, courtiers… For a few hours, the 21st century does not exist. Costume is not included in the ticket and must be purchased or rented by each attendee.*

Description
Segovia is preparing to return to the year 1474 with a new edition of the “Proclamation of Isabel the Catholic”. One of the highlights of this third edition will be Dinner with the Queen, where music, characters, atmosphere, cuisine, and small staged scenes will accompany an evening that will culminate with the presence of the newly proclaimed Isabel I of Castilla.
Come and enjoy this immersive experience in which you enter the palace dressed as if you were in the 15th century and become a protagonist of history for a few hours.
The dinner, in cocktail format and created especially for the occasion by Restaurante José María, will combine products and preparations linked to the Castilian culinary tradition with a historical entertainment proposal. The menu will include cheeses, seasonal fruits, various appetizers and cold and hot delicacies, as well as medieval sweets, and will be accompanied by a selection of the best wines.
The experience will include access to the Episcopal Palace, historical setting, dinner, music, entertainment, an encounter with Isabel I and other members of the retinue, and a period photographic portrait that attendees can download during the week after the event.
