Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Standard tickets cannot be refunded; a Flexible Cancellation ticket can (see the next question). For more information, see our T&Cs.

A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, and no documentation is needed; it becomes non-refundable if transferred. You get a full refund except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: refunds to a credit card or PayPal take 10 days or more to reach your statement, and purchases made with a voucher get a new voucher in the app. If you choose an exchange, you receive a voucher for the same value immediately, to use on the same experience. Request your refund here: https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001032452

Snapshot by Candlelight is a paid photo add-on: each purchase includes one instant, polaroid-style printed picture, taken in a designated area before the concert, where venue staff will direct you once inside. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert, so arrive at least 30 minutes early, and show the separate QR code email you received to the venue photographer. You choose your picture before it is printed; staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit. Pictures can't be held for you, and there is no refund or reschedule if you leave without collecting yours. You can also buy it at the venue if it hasn't sold out, by credit card only (no cash); online buyers have priority. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
