The quartet was great. The amount of talking they did giving backstory was perfect. I couldn't get tickets to actually see Taylor Swift, but, my girlfriend said this was an "ok" replacement. :)

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket (applicable to selected events) lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend. You may return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: best visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: decent visibility. Balcony: great visibility (the use of stairs is required for balcony seats).
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink served?
There is no food or beverages available for purchase. Guests may bring clear water bottles with lids only.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The first floor is ADA accessible. The main entrance for the concert is on the left-hand side of the building near the adjacent parking lot; a staff member will guide those who need ADA access to the right-hand side of the building, where elevators are located and take patrons to the main level. Zone A, Zone B and Zone C are ADA accessible; balcony seats require the use of stairs.
Is there parking available?
There is a free private parking lot to the side of the Bolling Haxall House (The Woman's Club) on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited street parking is available around the venue and becomes free after 6PM. There is also a paid parking lot nearby on E Franklin St.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car, ride-share and public transport. We recommend using ride-share services or public transportation.
What is “Photo by Candlelight”?
A unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Photo by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Yes, provided the sold-out threshold hasn't been reached. Guests who purchase online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases, which are limited to card payments only; no cash accepted.
