Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available at the venue?

No food is served, but there is a bar at the venue.

Is there parking available?

Pay and display on-street parking is available near the venue. There is also an NCP car park (entrance on Dale Street) approximately 200m away.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a PIP receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card + 1 category requirement); we'll then send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket. Each carer ticket must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket, and you'll need to show this proof at the door together with your tickets.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The nave has level access, and a ramp is available into the chancel, but there is no step-free access to the galleries. Several nearby car parks have designated disabled parking, the closest being the Birmingham Snow Hill station car park, where blue badge holders can park for free. Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

When should I arrive?

Doors open 45 minutes before the start time. Please arrive at least 40 minutes early so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated; if you arrive late, you won't be able to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Are the candles flammable?

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
