CaRIOca ProgFestival – 9th Edition

1st show – Solis (Rio de Janeiro/RJ)
Formed in 1996, Solis stands out for progressive rock with a strong symphonic influence, featuring rich instrumentation and memorable melodies. After years away from the stage, the band returns to CaRIOca ProgFestival to present their compositions and new material that will be part of their second album, scheduled for 2027. The album Gemini, released in 1999, marked their trajectory in Brazilian progressive rock.
2nd show – Anima Dominum (Nova Iguaçu/RJ)
Formed in the early 1990s, Anima Dominum returns to the stage after approximately two decades without regular activities. The repertoire includes songs from their discography and new compositions in an instrumental show, with an emphasis on guitar, bass, and drums, maintaining the characteristics of the band's progressive rock.
📅 October 31 (Saturday)
1st show – Prognoise (Porto Velho/RO)
Formed in 2012, Prognoise develops an original progressive rock work, with songs predominantly in Portuguese. The band returns to the festival to launch their 3rd album, Tentacles, presenting songs from different phases of their career, including tracks from the album Lacrimal.
2nd show – Spin XXI (Niterói/RJ)
Formed in Niterói in 1972, Spin XXI has over 50 years of experience in progressive rock. Their work combines symphonic progressive rock, jazz, Brazilian music, and concert music. The band closes the 9th edition of CaRIOca ProgFestival 2026, performing the second show of the night.
