Besides its birthday, Shinka is also celebrating its award as the top NYC ramen shop in the 2018 JapanFes Ramen Contest - second overall, against international contestants from Japan and NY. This is your chance to sample the ramen that took JapanFes by storm - Shinka's Bone Marrow Wagyu Brisket ramen, or another signature like the infused Smoked Duck ramen, or the exotic Miso Soy Milk vegan-friendly ramen.
