Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueSt George's Hall
St George’s Hall is a central Liverpool landmark and gathering place, set amid incomparable surroundings. Opposite Lime Street Station in St George’s Quarter, it’s one of the world’s finest neoclassical buildings. The structure measures 169 ft in length and 74 ft in width, with Europe’s largest tunnel-vaulted ceiling. Opened in 1854 for music festivals and the Civil and Crown courts, it has remained at the heart of city life.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same login method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. For more information, check our T&Cs.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (see below). Date and/or time changes to your originally booked event are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
An optional add-on (available for selected events) that lets you request a full refund — minus a 10% fee — or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, as long as you contact us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Front Row), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), and Zone D (Fair Visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, DLA at the middle or higher rate, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card) and we'll send you a voucher code. You'll need to show this alongside your ticket to enter, and each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
You can arrive on foot or by car, parking on Queen Street or Rutland Street (both Pay & Display).
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
A cashless bar with refreshments and alcoholic drinks will be available.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there parking available?
There are several car parks close to St George's Hall, including Lime Street Station Long Stay (Lord Nelson Street, L3 5QB), St John's Shopping Centre (St George's Place, L1 1LQ), and Queen Square (Whitechapel, L1 1RH).
Does this venue have disability access?
Wheelchair access is only available in Zone A — please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
