Located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the musical and architectural culture of Malaga, the Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina is one of the most unique music auditoriums in the country. Built in 1871 on the remains of a 15th century Franciscan monastery, the building has been listed as a monument since 2010.

How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We have various areas priced according to visibility and closeness to the stage. Our staff will seat you as you arrive at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina, strictly following the order of arrival and the zone of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina box office?
It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!
Will there be food and drink service at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Adele in Malaga lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the other audience members, we ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency. We want everyone to enjoy the show without interruptions.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Adele in Malaga?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
You can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just open the Fever app and click "Transfer Tickets." If you need additional support, contact us through our help center sharing your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Adele be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina?
If there are spots available at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll be able to pick the photo you like best for printing. Our team will have it ready for you to collect at the venue's exit, so remember to pick it up when the show ends since it can't be kept for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll get directions to the photo area once you enter Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina. If you have any questions, any of our staff will be happy to help you.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
