• Choose between a Ballet Class (1.5hr), a Strength and Stretching Class (1hr) or both classes

Why this event is for you
If you have always wanted to try ballet, but never got round to it, now is your time! Join this class for an evening of inspiring movement and work towards learning a famous variation. These classes aim to help those completely new to ballet develop skill, technique and artistry. Unlike most dance classes, it aims to develop individual expression and help people to enjoy dancing, as opposed to just mastering it! The strength and stretch class uses the basics of ballet training, pilates and yoga to offer a unique combined approach to increase strength and flexibility. It is great for dancers wanting to know more about how to correct alignments, achieve a greater range of motion and better extensions. Don’t listen to people who say you have to start dance when you’re young, it’s never too late!
