Hello! We have an important update regarding the Jorge Aragão at Terra SP concert.
First, we want to apologize and regret the inconvenience caused by the date change. We know that many people planned ahead for the concert and we understand the impact that such a change can have.
Due to logistical issues that made it impossible to hold the event on the originally scheduled date, it was necessary to reschedule.
The new date is:
📅 November 22 — Sunday
🕛 Doors open: 12 PM
🎤 Show: 3 PM
For those who have already purchased a ticket, it remains valid for the new date, with no need for an exchange.
We also understand that the new date or time may not suit everyone's schedule. Therefore, customers who have already purchased tickets can choose from three alternatives:
* Keep the ticket for the new date;
* Use the amount paid as credit for any other show in our lineup;
* Request a refund of the amount paid.
We apologize again for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We are working to manage this change as transparently as possible and to offer an appropriate solution to each customer.
