Can I request a refund?

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, please see our T&Cs.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket and how does it work?

It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the event. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event starts; no documentation is required. Please note it becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.

How long does the event last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show. No entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the event held indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

What ticket types are available?

Seats are divided into four zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (very good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (average visibility). Each zone spans more than one row of seats, and seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis according to the ticket type you purchased.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will food and drinks be available on site?

Your ticket includes a 10% discount at the Altis Grand Hotel's bars and restaurants. However, glasses or drinks aren't allowed inside the concert room.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.
