From 8:00 PM, enjoy a five-course menu served at the table. From the king prawn with mango and black garlic to the sea bass with champagne and black truffle, passing through the veal with pistachio and mushrooms, each dish invites you to savour the last night of the year. This is followed by Brie de Meaux with pear and Port wine and the tonka bean mille-feuille, before truffles and macarons that conclude the dinner.
