    Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Seats will be arranged in zones: Zone A - best visibility. Zone B - very good visibility. Zone C - good visibility. Zone D - average visibility. Seats will be allocated to you on arrival with the help of our staff. Allocation will be done on a first come, first served basis and according to the type of ticket you have purchased. (Each zone covers more than one row of chairs.)
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the event venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Attendees who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before booking the extra ticket), you should contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
To attend the concert, all attendees must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event start time. In that case, you should contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, except for those who have purchased the Flexible Cancellation ticket. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Applicable only to selected events. The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you are unable to attend the event.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the event starts. Please note that if the ticket is transferred to another user, it will not be refundable.
What documents do I need to provide to receive my refund?
No documentation is required to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?
To get a refund for your ticket, contact us via the Fever contact form.

Photographs and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the event of an emergency.
How far in advance should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that you can be allocated a seat within your ticket's zone. The concert starts at the scheduled time and all attendees should already be seated by then. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be able to enter the hall/venue.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), you will be notified by email with due notice.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you will be able to sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my ticket(s) to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For any further help, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same method you used when you made your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless (LED).
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
