Candlelight concerts bring the magic of live music to a unique, candlelit setting. At the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon, a string quartet invites you to rediscover works by timeless composers such as Mozart, Bach and others, for an evening to experience classical music up close.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Seats are divided into zones: Zone A, best visibility; Zone B, very good visibility; Zone C, good visibility; Zone D, average visibility. Each zone covers more than one row of seats. Seats will be allocated to you on entry with the help of our staff, on a first come, first served basis and according to the type of ticket you've bought.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the event venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Attendees who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. After buying your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before booking the extra one), you should contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
To attend the concert, all attendees must be at least 6 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event's start time. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available only for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you're unable to attend the event.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the event starts. If the ticket is transferred to another user, it's no longer refundable.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documentation is required to request a refund for your Flexible Refund Ticket.

How do I get there?
The nearest metro stations are Avenida (Blue line) and Rato (Yellow line).
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
