📅 Dates and times: 12 and 15 August at 9 AM or 3 PM 
⏳ Duration: 120 minutes 
📍 Location: entry via Victoria Gate, Kew Road
*Meet at Victoria Plaza 15 minutes before your session starts
👤 Age requirement: suitable for adults aged 18+ only
♿ Accessibility: the breathwork session takes place in an outdoor space on grassy terrain; as a result, these sessions may be challenging for wheelchair users. If you have specific access requirements, please contact Kew Gardens in advance.
If you require a companion ticket, companion tickets are reserved separately and availability is guaranteed for eligible guests. Please contact Fever’s customer support team to arrange this and consult the FAQs for proof of eligibility.
⚠️ Not suitable if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, kidney conditions, other serious illness, epilepsy or suffer from regular migraines. You will be asked to complete a Health Declaration in advance of the session.
👟 Please wear comfortable clothing & shoes suitable for spending time outdoors. The session will involve gentle walking through the Gardens and a one-hour guided breathwork practice.
