Rediscover the music of Michael Jackson at a Candlelight concert in Liverpool. At St George's Hall, a string quartet plays live arrangements of his best-loved songs in a hall glowing with candles, for an evening unlike any other.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueSt George's Hall
St George’s Hall is a central Liverpool landmark and gathering place, set amid incomparable surroundings. Opposite Lime Street Station in St George’s Quarter, it’s one of the world’s finest neoclassical buildings. The structure measures 169 ft in length and 74 ft in width, with Europe’s largest tunnel-vaulted ceiling. Opened in 1854 for music festivals and the Civil and Crown courts, it has remained at the heart of city life.

There are several car parks close to St George's Hall. The closest are Lime Street Station Long Stay (Lord Nelson Street, L3 5QB), St John's Shopping Centre (St George's Place, L1 1LQ) and Queen Square (Whitechapel, L1 1RH). There is also Pay & Display parking on Queen Street and Rutland Street.

What are the different ticket types?
There are five zones: Premium (front row), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer and we will send you a voucher code to book the free carer ticket. You will need to show this proof, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be booked together with at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; a CredAbility Access Card plus one category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will let you know by email in advance.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
