Celebrate Halloween with a Candlelight concert at the Paraninfo de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. A string quartet performs live horror film themes and spine-chilling classical works, surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Halloween Classics in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Will there be food and drink service at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Sure! You can share seats in the same row. The only important thing is that you arrive simultaneously and that your tickets are for the same section. We recommend coming 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together!
Can tickets for Candlelight: Halloween Classics be gifted?
Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Enjoy a special photography experience in our decorated Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid area with this pack. You'll take home an instant photo printed with the classic Polaroid touch.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid?
You can buy your photo experience at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Halloween Classics in Madrid?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you step into Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid, you'll be directed to the photo area. If you have any questions, just ask our team!
Is there parking available at Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
Are pets or animals allowed in Paraninfo Universidad Complutense de Madrid? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
