Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Yes, you can change the date up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID (found in your confirmation email or in the app). If the option is available, you can also tap "Change date and/or time" directly in the "Tickets" section of the app.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the optional Flexible Cancellation add-on, which lets you cancel up to 48 hours before the event by contacting us (this doesn't apply if you transferred your ticket to someone else).
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free from the Fever app by tapping "Transfer tickets" within your ticket.
How long does the concert last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
It's an indoor experience with seating assigned by zone.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes, you'll be able to purchase food and drinks on-site, including vegan and gluten-free options.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking will be available.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Yes, attendees must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my companion or caretaker?
Yes. If you need support during the experience, contact us with proof of need; we'll send you a coupon to get the free companion ticket (subject to availability). You must present both tickets at entry.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Can I take photos or video during the show?
Only during the last piece of the concert and without flash, as directed by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the show.
How are seating zones assigned?
The venue is divided into three zones (A, B, and C) based on visibility. Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come basis, according to the zone you purchased.
What does the 3-candle pack include?
It includes 3 premium electric candles. It must be picked up at the designated spot in the venue on the day of the event; since it's tied to a specific Candlelight date and venue, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
What happens if weather prevents the event from happening?
If weather affects the experience in any way (venue change or rescheduling), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, but service dogs are welcome.
