What can I expect?

The experience at El Rollo is one of a kind! You'll enjoy moments full of fun and adrenaline with family and friends, water attractions of every size and thrill level, and kids' areas with water jets and super-fun mini slides. There are also relaxation areas and accommodation for every taste and budget.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

You can change the date of this experience up to 48 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and include the ticket ID linked to your purchase. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

To give you a rough idea, people usually spend about 6 hours here.

Where does the experience take place? Is it outdoors?

El Rollo is in the municipality of Tlaquiltenango, in the state of Morelos, just 20 minutes from Lake Tequesquitengo. The experience takes place outdoors.

Can I buy food and drinks on site?

Yes, food and drinks are available in the park, including vegan and gluten-free options.

Is there parking?

Yes, parking is available from 8:00 AM until the park closes, at around 7:30 PM. For annual pass holders, parking in general areas is free, for one vehicle per pass holder.

Is there an age requirement?

Minors must enter the park accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 0.90 m tall get in free, from 0.91 to 1.20 m pay the child rate, and from 1.20 m they pay the adult rate.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Pools and attractions are only open to swimwear made of synthetic fabric (lycra, polyester or nylon), with no zippers, buttons or metal rivets. Cotton or regular clothing is not allowed in the water areas, and jewelry, watches and glasses are not allowed on the slides. Children in diapers must wear swim diapers.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the park has step-free access, accessible restrooms and clear signage, and guide dogs are welcome.

Can I bring my dog?

The park is pet friendly and welcomes small and medium-sized dogs (up to 12 kg); assistance dogs have free access. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and can't go into the pools, slides or water attractions. On arrival, the owner must sign a terms and conditions agreement.

Can I make a group booking?
