You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before it starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?

At Centro Cultural Teopanzolco, Río Balsas 22, Vista Hermosa, 62290 Cuernavaca, Morelos. There are several public and private transport options; be mindful of heavy traffic in the area.

Is food or drink served?

The venue does not sell food or drinks, and outside food or drinks are not allowed into the hall.

Is parking available?

Yes, the venue has its own parking (limited spaces, with valet service) for an extra fee.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For Candlelight Kids concerts, the minimum age is 4.

Can I book a ticket for my companion/caregiver?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience may request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.

Does this venue have disability access?

The whole building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or using crutches.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
