Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

There is one ticket type: Catégorie unique.

Although the artists captivate the audience and get them involved, the experience doesn't necessarily involve direct interaction with them before or after the show. You can fully immerse yourself in the show by watching them and enjoying it!

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so that you have time to stop by the bar before the show starts and avoid any delays, to make the most of your experience.
