Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

There are no ticket sales at the Dorma Victoria Palace box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.

Will there be food and drink service at Dorma Victoria Palace?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Valentine's Day Special in San Lorenzo de El Escorial lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
