What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. You'll analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth, and your vote will determine the accused's fate.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 1 hour.

Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?

Yes. Our experiences may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.

Can I purchase food or drinks on-site?

There is an on-site bar for beverages. Food is not available for purchase on-site, and outside food or drink is not permitted.

Are seats numbered?

No. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes — please be mindful of others and the performers, and avoid using flash.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Just show your Fever ticket in the app or email upon arrival.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the original start time, subject to availability — contact Fever support to arrange.
